Booking & Services
All photography services are subject to availability and are not secured until a signed contract and retainer payment are received.
Specific terms related to your session or wedding, including payment schedules, rescheduling policies, and deliverables, will be outlined in your individual contract.

Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party platforms such as HoneyBook. By submitting payment, you agree to the terms outlined in your contract and authorize the use of your selected payment method. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Image Delivery & Usage
Final images are delivered via an online gallery platform such as Pic-Time. Clients receive personal-use rights to download, print, and share their images. Commercial use, resale, or editing beyond basic cropping is not permitted without written consent. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, arriving on time, and communicating any important details related to their session or event.
We are not responsible for missed moments due to delays, lack of cooperation, or restricted access.

Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to provide a seamless and professional experience, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue restrictions, equipment failure, or unforeseen events. In the unlikely event that images are lost, damaged, or not delivered, liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
